He looked more closely at the best ones with a proven success story like Korea, Taiwan, etc Only to find the country where he has had over 25 years hardware and software business experience had in his opinion the best English language solution.

The developer he found in the Philippines to be the leading software developer with over 1500 employees based in Manila, partially owned by the country’s leading telco.

On contacting the CEO of MULTISYS he found a man with a vision similar to his to help. The CEO confirmed that his company had already installed the official government backed test and tracking solution for the Philippines, plus they had the imperative APPLE and GOOGLE approved API partnership for the Philippines. 

 The CEO was so impressed by Laurence’s passion to help others he decided he would DONATE FREE the platform to the UK or any government entities in the UK.

 With this generous offer Laurence contacted a team of long-established contacts and partners in UK to assist with this worthwhile project.
